Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will apply, which is calculated at checkout. Our standard shipping is carried out through Australia Post and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Express Shipping

Need your products faster? We provide an express shipping option via Australia Post at an additional charge. This service guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. The cost for express shipping is calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Backorders

If an item is not in stock, it can be placed on backorder. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship only within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment directly on the Australia Post website. Additionally, your contact details will be included on the shipping label to provide you with real-time updates.

Handling Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure you are compensated through a replacement or refund.
