Every morning and evening, pump a small amount of Calmwise Soothing Cleanser into the palm of the hand and massage into moistened face and neck. Gently remove foam by splashing with water and pat face dry.

Hydr8 B5
After cleansing in the morning and evening, massage 6 drops of Hydr8 B5 across the face, neck and décolletage. Leave to absorb before applying moisturiser.

Ultimate Recovery Intense
After cleansing in the morning and evening, apply Ultimate Recovery Intense across the face. Leave to absorb before applying sunscreen. Use more often if required.

Physical Sunscreen
Every morning, as the final step in your skincare routine, apply Physical Sunscreen to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. Reapply during the day for maximum protection.
